1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jillimac platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by jillimac, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the jillimac Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jillimac platform.

These Terms apply to all users of jillimac, including registered players, guests browsing the platform, and any person accessing jillimac's content or services in any capacity.

2. Eligibility

To register and use jillimac's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jillimac, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jillimac or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law.

jillimac reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) jillimac account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jillimac reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillimac login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jillimac will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

jillimac may require identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jillimac accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third -party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. jillimac aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

jillimac reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jillimac does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All transactions on the jillimac platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). jillimac is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or e-wallet provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jillimac may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• jillimac reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• jillimac's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jillimac platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

jillimac uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all digital games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and cockpit arenas. jillimac does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, jillimac will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, jillimac cannot guarantee the continuity of any game session and will not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Bets placed and accepted are final. jillimac reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or where the integrity of a game or event has been compromised.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillimac platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jillimac games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or event offered by jillimac.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the jillimac platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jillimac's software or systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the jillimac platform or the experience of other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jillimac platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of jillimac or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jillimac platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jillimac content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

jillimac collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using jillimac's services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jillimac implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jillimac cannot guarantee absolute data security.

10. Responsible Gaming

jillimac's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jillimac account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillimac does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the jillimac platform at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jillimac operates in compliance with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

jillimac reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion.
